Even though we have five locations, we know it’s not always going to be possible to make it to one of them. Maybe you live far from one of our service centers, or you’re too busy running a business to drive in to see us. Whatever the case, we offer mail-in repair for all customers.

Our mail-in repair service includes a next-day, three-way shipping and can easily be arranged through our Online Repair Center. Set up an online repair and you’ll receive a box the next day! Once the repair is complete, we’ll send the computer back to you at the same speed. Whether you’re sending in one computer for a simple hard drive upgrade, or multiple enterprise machines for serious repairs, you won’t be disappointed.
